These paintings are created either after the wedding or ahead of time using photographs and details provided by the couple.

Sometimes I’m working from images taken on the wedding day. Other times, couples send a favorite photo of the two of them, along with details like her dress, his suit, and the venue. From there, I imagine the scene and paint it as if I were standing there, seeing it unfold in person.

This option is often chosen when live wedding painting isn’t possible, or when couples want a more imagined, timeless version of the day.

This is a studio commission and is separate from live wedding painting.
